Inspiring children to Dream Big, Believe in themselves, and discover confidence through dance and gymnastics.

Your studio home is the perfect place for your child to enjoy being a child through age appropriate play while learning the basics of dance and/or gymnastics. Your child will enjoy connecting with others in a warm, safe, welcoming environment while also learning life long skills and etiquette. If you are looking for recreational activities for your child without the long hours and pressure of a competition studio or gym then we might be a good fit for your child. We nurture the whole child and encourage them with all they do in and out of the studio.

You've asked...We've listened.

With the new school policies on masks and quarantines, we have had several families ask about requiring mask. We have designated Wednesdays as MASKED WEDNESDAYS.

ALL WEDNESDAY classes will require masks to be worn by everyone. If this is something that you are interested in, please register for the Wednesday classes.

For all other classes, masks will remain optional.

What parents are saying about CDG

My kids have participated in Carolina Dance and Gymnastics since they opened in 2013. The classes are fun and instructors are knowledgeable. Kids are encouraged to progress to new skills as they are ready, but without pressure. CDG is ideal for the kid who isn’t interested in competing, but love gymnastics. We are so glad to have this local option! –Heather McIver

We grew from a young toddler with tears and fears of the stage, to a child who is bubbling with a bold/fun personality and begs to have another recital. We are thankful for them! –Megan Coats

About CDG

Our school opened in 2013 as Siler City Dance And Gymnastics and changed our name in 2018 to Carolina Dance and Gymnastics when we added our second location. We currently have downtown locations in Siler City and Asheboro.
